Terms of Service

StoryCraft Media — Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Services Provided

StoryCraft Media provides professional scriptwriting services for digital content creators. Our scripts are crafted for:

Faceless videos & educational content
Documentaries & finance channels
True crime, motivational, and tech review videos
Storytelling and narrative-driven content

Each script delivery includes: hook, retention structure, narration script, call-to-action (CTA), and scene directions.

2. Order & Payment

All orders must be confirmed in writing. Payment is due as specified in your project agreement. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

3. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed upon at the time of order. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the delivered script are transferred to the client. StoryCraft Media retains the right to reference the project type (not the content) in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the start of each project. Delays caused by late client feedback or incomplete briefs may extend the timeline without penalty to StoryCraft Media.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete project briefs. StoryCraft Media is not liable for scripts that do not meet expectations due to incomplete or misleading information provided by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

StoryCraft Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States.

Refund Policy

StoryCraft Media — Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Our Commitment

At StoryCraft Media, we stand behind the quality of every script we deliver. If you are not satisfied, we want to make it right.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before we have begun work on your script, you are entitled to a full refund. Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Begun

If work has already commenced on your project, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. The refund amount will be determined at our discretion and communicated to you in writing.

4. Revision-First Policy

Before issuing any refund for a completed script, we require that the client allow us to complete all included revision rounds. We believe most concerns can be resolved through our revision process.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

The script was delivered and all revision rounds were completed
Dissatisfaction is due to a change in the client's creative direction after delivery
The client provided an incomplete or inaccurate brief
More than 14 days have passed since final delivery

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via email at team@storycraft-media.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
